I have over 15 years of fitness experience and I am also a NASM certified personal trainer with a focus on group personal training and women’s fitness. I don’t like a one size fits all approach. Because I have taught so many different fitness formats, I create workouts based on a clients personal goals and interests. Don’t like lifting weights? That’s ok! We can find another way to add in resistance training! Want to become a stronger yogi? I got you!
